CLIENT COORDINATOR
BA/BS in Human Service required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid clean NY State Driver’s License. Computer knowledge a must.

LIFE GUARD
Current 1A lifeguard certification from the American Red Cross, which includes CPR and First Aid.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – MEDICAL
OTR; NY license, experienced or new grads with adult fieldwork experience encouraged to apply. Exposure to specialty areas including splint clinic, power mobility computer access and switch training.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - MEDICAL
Graduate of an APTA approved curriculum in Physical Therapy with a Masters or Bachelor of Science degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy.  Must be licensed or eligible for State of New York license. Experience working with individuals with Cerebral Palsy & other related disabilities.

COMMUNITY COACH – ADULT DAY PROGRAM
Associates Degree in a Human Service. BA degree preferred. Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities a plus. Clean, valid NYS driver’s license & AMAP certification preferred.

MEDICAID SERVICE COORDINATOR
BA Degree in Health/Human service field a must.  MA degree preferred.  Candidate must previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior experience regarding case management a plus   Must have a NYS Drivers License.

DAY HABILITATION SPECIALIST
Bachelor’s degree; two years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent organizational and writing skills, ability to meet deadlines, knowledge of consumer needs. Clean, valid NYS driver’s license & AMAP certification preferred.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Medical
Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Year eligible. New York State Certification as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped or eligible.

COMMUNITY COACH - Life Options
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field and min of 1year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Clean, valid NYS driver’s license & AMAP certification preferred.

CLASSROOM AIDES: - Life Options
High School diploma/GED required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.  Must be a positive team player.

APPLIED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
MA in Psychology or BA plus relevant experience in working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Must have experience writing, implementing and reporting on Behavior Modification Plans or Strategies, experience us Micro Word Software.

APPLIED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST– Bayville –part –time

ADL TRAINER
High School Diploma; clean, valid NYS Driver’s License; experience working with individuals with DD, & AMAP certification preferred.

NURSING DEPARTMENT - RN- Split Shift  
N.Y.S. licensure as RN. Experience working w/mentally and/or developmentally disabled population and/or pediatric experience preferred.

RESIDENCE MANAGER – Residential
Bachelors Degree in Human Service field and supervisory experience in program-serving individuals with developmental disabilities required. Valid, clean NYS drivers license required.

ASSISTANT RESIDENCE MANAGER Residential
Associates Degree required in Human Service field. Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities & valid, clean NYS driver’s license required.

NURSE
RN – Full-time position. Flex days and hours. NY State license required.

ADL TRAINER
Various hours / Flex schedule – HS Diploma/ GED required. Clean, valid NYS drivers license, and experience working with disabilities. AMAP certification preferred.
