2 years experience with DME/Home Medical Equipment or Doctor's office; High School Diploma

Community Aides - Life Options

High School Diploma or GED, one year work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities required. Valid NYS driver’s license

Life Advisor - Life Options

Bachelor’s Degree; 2 years experience with OMRDD population, excellent organizational/writing skills, ability to meet deadlines and knowledge of consumer needs.

Community Coach - Life Options

Bachelor degree in a Human Service field and min of 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid NYS driver's license

Nursing Department - RN

N.Y.S. licensure as RN. Experience working w/mentally and/or developmentally disabled population and/or pediatric experience preferred.

Our progressive, 48-bed facility in Bayville.

Recreation Therapist

Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or in Human Service Field, One year experience with Developmental Disabilities preferred

Direct Support Professionals - Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Various hours/schedules; High School Diploma; clean, valid NYS Driver License; experience working with individuals with Developmentally Disabled population; AMAP certification preferred.

Program Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field, 3 years experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities,Valid New York State Driver’s License

Residence Manager - Residential

Bachelors Degree in Human Service field and supervisory experience in program-serving individuals with developmental disabilities required. Valid, clean NYS drivers license required.

Direct Support Professionals - Per Diem or Part Time

Various hours / Flex schedule, HS Diploma/ GED required. Clean, valid NYS drivers license. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

 

OCEANSIDE DAY HABILITATION

Join our community outreach program where trained and qualified individuals with developmental disabilities provide local non profit businesses with community service.

Physical Therapist-Part Time or Full Time

Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Must be licensed or eligible for State of New York license. Experience working with individuals with Cerebral Palsy & other related disabilities.

Occupational Therapist - Part Time or Full Time

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. New York State License as an Occupational Therapist. Registration by the National Board for Certification of Therapists.

Assistant Community Coach - Oceanside Day Habilitation

HS diploma; Valid/clean license NYS drivers license required; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
