'09 Sugar Plum Ball

Sugar Plum Ball

Young ladies and their dads or other special males in their life, such as grandpas or uncles, enjoyed an elegant dinner and lots of dancing at the ucpn annual Sugar Plum Ball.  The ensemble from Leggz Dance in Rockville Centre once again, generously volunteered their time and talent at the event and performed the Waltz of the Flowers from the Nutcracker and then offered waltzing lessons to all the guests. In addition, guests enjoyed visits with the Sugar Plum Fairy and her friends, a corsage, a magic show with Mike Maione, music from Let's Party, getting caricatures drawn, photos for souvenir snow globes, chocolate lollipops,  and a lovely bracelet as a parting gift. News 12 was on hand to do a report on the Ball that was included in a Holiday Special.
