The 59th Forget-Me-Not-Ball allowed us a chance to once again honor those who touch the lives of individuals with disabilities at ucpn. On November 12th, guests came together at the beautiful Inn at New Hyde Park to dance, dine and celebrate.

The festivities included a wonderful performance by ucpn’s singing group Creation. David Tindal & Chris Wawzronek shared their talent and performed a selection of songs that brought a huge round of applause from all in attendance.

After an official welcome from the Ball Chairmen, Tony Galano and Joe Koch, it was time to present the Harold Jay Greenberg Torch of Leadership award to honoree, "Newsday".

The ucpn is grateful to all the honorees, to Committee Chairs Tony Galano and Joe Koch, the Ball Committee, the guests, the people who participated in the journal and all who contributed to the success and enjoyment of this annual event. The 2012 Forget-Me-Not Ball will be held on November 3rd at the Inn in New Hyde Park. Make sure to mark your calendars!
