What a fabulous evening at the Chateau Briand for ucpn’s 8th annual

Taste & Toast the Town event! Over 400 guests and supporters of ucpn enjoyed samples from Long Island’s Restaurants, Wineries, Spirit companies and desserts out in the garden feeling swept away to a tropical island influenced by the atmosphere and Andre Philips Caribbean Band playing in the background.  Inside in the Chateau’s Europa Room, samples from additional establishments were offered in a New York City style atmosphere with Matt Marshak’s Jazz Band setting the mood.

The American Culinary Federation of Long Island attended and judged our competition picking their favorites of those participating.
