ABOUT THE EVENT:
7th Annual UCPN Polar Bear Plunge!

March 6, 2011
Theodore Roosevelt Park, Oyster Bay
Festivities start at 1:00PM/The Plunge at 2:00PM

Join the spirited Polar Bears and their supporters as they gather once again on the beach of Theodore Roosevelt Park in Oyster Bay to help raise funds for United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc. (ucpn).

The 7th Annual Polar Bear Plunge to benefit the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc. (ucpn) will be held once again at the beautiful Theodore Roosevelt Park in Oyster Bay.  Honorary Co-Chairs John Venditto, Supervisor of the Town of Oyster Bay and Assemblyman Harvey Weisenberg from Long Beach along with Chairman Jack Sullivan and the Polar Bear Committee have worked to make this the best plunge ever!

Sponsor "Team NTFC" - Donate to UCPN

Thanks for your interest in sponsoring Team NTFC
for the 7th Annual Polar Bear Plunge! (Note: a major donor last year guessed what NTFC stood for, and doubled her donation! Congrats!)

The Team:
- Rob Dircks (aka "Frozen Milk")
- Dave Dircks (aka "Big Brrrrrrrother")
- Paul Greenfield (aka "Polar Paul")
- Al Margiotta (aka "The Big Chill")
- Tom Connolly (aka "Iced T")

We'll all be jumping into the freezing cold waters of Oyster Bay, Long Island -- and you'll be jumping in to help UCPN's mission of helping people with disabilities transcend their limitations and reach their potential!

P.S. I hear there may be a costume contest this year. If you suggest a costume, we wear it, and we WIN, we'll MATCH your sponsorship donation! (up to $5,000!). After you donate, just send me an email at rob@dircksny.com with your suggestions -- I'll let you know if you're the one!
